Yes, all our formulations come with their own safety report, which is rewritten for the customer upon order placement with their own product name and company name, allowing you to start selling immediately. The safety report and CPNP registration are included in our prices for bulk orders of 100 kg or more. This is, of course, contingent upon us receiving all necessary documentation regarding the packaging material and labeling.

When you order our formulations, we handle the registration and all associated procedures free of charge. This includes, for example, creating a safety report or registering with CPNP/PID under your company name.

Yes, you can order a dermatological test for any prescription you order from us, at your own expense. Since the dermatological test is quite comprehensive, please inquire about the duration and cost if you are interested and wish to place an order.

Yes, you should definitely order samples of the recipes you are interested in so that you can see for yourself the quality of the recipes.Please note that these formulations are not stock items and each sample must be individually prepared for you in our laboratory, which takes between 30 and 60 minutes. Therefore, we unfortunately have to charge a nominal handling fee for each sample to cover our costs. This fee is currently €50 per product + VAT, including shipping within Germany. For international shipping, postage costs will be added. The sample fee will be credited towards any order placed within one year.

For new customers and first orders, we work with a 50% deposit upon receipt of order and the remaining payment before delivery; for regular and existing customers, the remaining payment is possible by invoice after approval by the credit agencies.
